The following hotels are organized by star rating found on Trip Advisor.com.  We have listed the major hotels in downtown Vancouver because the wedding reception will be located there.  This list is NOT exhaustive – there are plenty more hotels.

For those with rates listed, these are wedding rates we have obtained.  Instructions are provided on how to take advantage of these rates.  Please note that all rates are before tax and rates are only available as long as there are rooms available.  We do encourage you to always check on the hotel’s website and various other online sites (e.g. Expedia, Priceline.com, etc.) prior to booking with our wedding rate, to see if there are any deals out there.

Fairmont Pacific Rim		A brand new hotel (opened in February 2010) located directly across from the wedding reception site.

Sutton Place	$189	Located right in the heart of the downtown shopping area and about a 15 minute walk (or less by taxi) to the wedding reception site.  To get the wedding rate, view the following instructions.
Pan Pacific Vancouver		This hotel has an amazing view of the harbor and is connected to the wedding reception site by an underground pathway.
Fairmont Waterfront		This hotel is across the street and half a block over from the wedding reception site.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver	$189	Located right in the heart of the downtown shopping area and about a 12 minute walk (or less by taxi) to the wedding reception site.    Get the wedding rate by calling The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver directly at 604-684-3131 or by calling our Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414.  Callers must identify themselves as being with the Solemnidad & Sy Wedding in order to qualify for this special rate
Hyatt Regency Vancouver	$219	Located in the “Financial District” and between the shopping area and the wedding reception (10 min. walk).  Simply ask for the wedding rate (it is a rate open to all and is not under our name).  Let me know if you reserve at this hotel, and I may be able to get you an upgrade.
Westin Bayshore	$209	Located right next to Stanley Park and about a 15 minute walk along the sea wall to the wedding reception site.  Simply ask for the wedding rate (it is a rate open to all and is not under our name).
Marriott Pinnacle	$199	*WEDDING RATE NO LONGER AVAILABLE* About a 5 minute walk to the wedding reception site.  Get the wedding rate by using this link.  If it does not work – the group code is “sswsswa”
Delta Vancouver Suites		About a 10 minute walk to the wedding reception site.
Sheraton Wall Centre		About a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the wedding reception site, this hotel is located in between Yaletown and the shopping area.
